Cursor blinking in multiple fields

Using today's latest commercial build on MAC, located at:
ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/macos/8.x/ppc/1999-11-18-08-M12/netscap
e5-mac-M12.sea.bin
Please try the following:
Install and launch the browser
Click on the "Tasks| Mail" menu option.
Click on Edit|Account Setup.
Observe an Account Settings window opens up.
Click on "New Account" button.A Setup window appears.Click "Next" button.
Enter your name in the textfield labled "Your Name".
Click the mouse in the textfield labled "Email address".
Observe that the cursor blinks in both the textfields ar the same time.
Seeen also on Linux and Windows commercial builds for today.

I wonder if this is related to another issue I've been seeing: the cursor
blinking in fields which are not actually focused (e.g. the mail password
dialog, which comes up with a blinking cursor but you have to click to actually
type your password). Shouldn't we, eventually, only blink the caret in the
element which actually has focus?

Yes, I've seen this behavior too, it's an ender thing, all our dialogs are just
XUL.
