When the 'manage bookmarks' window is opened the buttons do not work. New
folders cannot be created and bookmarks cannot be imported

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ctrl+b
2. try doing anything
3. bang head on keyboard

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
created a new folder, shown the bookmarks and current folders, anything

Sorry to say, but bookmark managing is working for me.

Any 3rd party theme ?

1.2.1 is an old release. Please try with a 1.3alpha release, too see if the bug
is still alive.

Had the same problem with an acient mozilla Relase. I second Frederic,
could you upgrade to 1.3a and check again? Here, it WORKSFORME.
