Steps to reproduce:
new Date("Apr-2024")
new Date("April, 2024")
Actual results:
Invalid Date
Invalid Date
Expected results:
Chromium and NodeJS can parse those Dates as 1 April 2024 but Firefox can't parse them and returns Invalid Date
