Steps to reproduce:
In a tiling compositor (Sway, Hyprland), open repeating calendar event (all).
Window content is not redrawn to fill whole tile. Only when tile is manually resized, content is updated.
Also window lack global scrolling and refuse to go below some size (single calendar event editor is the largest). Tiles can be forced to quite small sizes and become unusable in this case.
Actual results:
Repeating calendar event window content in not redrawn initially to fit the tile size.
It and single calendar event editor do not support scrolling when forced below some size.
Expected results:
Window content responds properly to tiling.
When window size is forced below minimal content size, global scrolling appears.

Please re-test in the current release as a few Wayland bugs have been fixed in the Mozilla platform since 2024.

Everything seems to work fine now with Thunderbird 140.7.1, Hyprland 0.53.3. Thank you!

I spoke too soon. Some calendar events still behave badly when open, while others do not. I'm trying to find out what differentiates them.

Looks like the event window is misbehaving if it has "You haven't yet responded to this invitation" message on top.
Attached two wayland debug logs.
