Multiple tests in this suite fail on Android Fission (both isolateHighValue and isolateEverything isolation strategies). Web Codecs isn't enabled on Android, you can disable or mark as failing.

I think some of test instances may have already been updated judging by looking at the .ini files compared to Comment 0. I'll add references once it runs to see what is left.

The try resolved as green just as I left the previous comment. I'll identify the bug references where the changes occurred so we can close this bug. I'll also send an isolateHighValue and isolateEverything try to ensure changing those won't lead to these showing up again / all of the failures have been identified.
