Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://todomvc.com/ then open the debugger
2. Select https://todomvc.com/site-assets/main.js
3. Hit Ctrl + G to open the Go to line panel
4. Enter 34 to go to line 34
5. Hit Ctrl/Cmd + B to add a breakpoint

Expected Result

A breakpoint should be added to the gutter on line 34

Actual Result

No breakpoint is added on line 34. The breakpoint might be added to a previously selected line

Reproducible on a 2024-10-21 Nightly build on Windows 10, using the STR from Comment 0.
Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 135.0a1 and Firefox 134.0b4 on Windows 10, macOS 14, Ubuntu 22.
