Let's please update the tooltips for the sidebar tools that already have shortcuts:

• History
• Bookmarks
• Chatbot (the shortcut was just added in this bug)
  Tooltips strings source of truth

Hi Jonathan!
We are going to temporarily put the chatbot shortcut on ISE as we try to devise a holistic approach to customizable shortcuts. Unfortunately, every combination we've tried breaks an existing add-on combination or does not have a good platform equivalent on Linux.

In the meantime, maybe we can reduce the scope here and update the tooltip for Bookmarks (with shortcut), History (with shortcut), and Chatbot (without shortcut)? I updated the spec to reflect this.
