Details

Bug 1560873 blacklists some broken Template-Toolkit versions, but then bug 1851354 renamed it to blocklist, except that it missed one occurence of "blacklist" in Bugzilla/Install/Requirements.pm line 129, see https://github.com/bugzilla/bugzilla/commit/d2c64a9d. So broken versions are not detected by checksetup.pl in 5.0.4.1. Please fix that for 5.0.4.2.
