On autoland I see that the "fast" mode is still there for this test, but it may be less frequent now: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perfherder/graphs?highlightAlerts=1&highlightChangelogData=1&highlightCommonAlerts=0&replicates=0&series=autoland,181248,1,15&timerange=1209600

regression to the slow mode seems to be the case for CVNS now as well https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perfherder/graphs?highlightAlerts=1&highlightChangelogData=1&highlightCommonAlerts=0&replicates=0&series=mozilla-central,183553,1,15&timerange=2592000

similar to what sparky pointed out with cmff and autoland, cvns also seems to infrequently have a fast mode occurrence as well... https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perfherder/graphs?highlightAlerts=1&highlightChangelogData=1&highlightCommonAlerts=0&replicates=0&selected=181252,1883208665&series=autoland,181252,1,15&timerange=1209600
