1926441 - Make FxMS OpMon names clearer

Our FxMS monitoring dashboard is made a little less user-friendly due to the dimension/measure names being a little opaque. These are defined in OpMon, in the friendly_name value and the metrics array. We agreed they could be improved:

"Client Volume" -> "Client IDs sending pings"
"Other ping type" -> "Unexpected"

This can be fixed with a simple PR, like this previous one by Negin.

Since they're not the Glean client IDs, maybe we want to switch to the now-prevailing language of "Legacy Client IDs sending pings".

For bug 1914463, we are going to add new ping types, so it would be a good opportunity to add those ping types to OpMon.
