Steps to reproduce

1. Go to senat.fr
2. Observe the Website menu bar while scrolling on the page.

Expected behavior

The Website menu bar remains on the bottom of the page, above the toolbar.

Actual behavior

The Website menu bar remains floating the page.

• Firefox version: Nightly 133.0a1
• Android device model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
• Android OS version: Android 14

Any additional information?

The issue is not reproducible on the latest Beta 132.0b9, latest RC 132.0, RC 131.0.2 and Chrome.

Hi, I can confirm, this issue is no longer reproducible on the latest Beta and Nightly builds (136 and 137).

The Website menu bar remains on the bottom of the page, above the toolbar.

Firefox version: Nightly 137.0a1 and 136.0b9
Android device model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
Android OS version: Android 14

Closing and marking the ticket as verified on 136 and 137.
