If the mouse hovers one link, a large number of the links gets underlined (maybe
all from the same frame, not sure)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the page 
2. move your mouse over the "Componente hardware"
3. enjoy the underlines

Actual Results:  
all links het underlined, just told you!

Expected Results:  
underline the specific link under the mouse (or nothing at all)

the bug is also present in mozilla 1.2
Actually, that behavior is per CSS2 spec....  The page is depending on bugs in IE.
