Overview Description: There is no warning when being redirected from a secure
site to an insecure site.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start Nav 4.7, and go to the above URL. Note that you receive a warning, and
are then redirected to an insecure site.
2) Start 5.0, and go to the above URL.

Actual Results: No warning is given, and the actual URL you are visiting is not
displayed in the Netsite.

Expected Results: A warning that you are being redirected to an insecure site,
and the correct URL being diplayed after you download the new URL.
