I was able to reproduce this issue using Nightly 134.0a1(2024-12-05).
Verified as fixed("Explore more themes" link redirects to 'https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/' page) on MacOS 13.2.1 and Windows 10 on MacOS 13.2.1 and Windows 10 using Nightly 134.0a1(2024-11-24).
