On profile manager Add alt-text-style labels on hover on the following parts of the card - Misha Bruk to mock this up in Figma:

• Main card/profile name: Show full profile name (this is especially necessary if the name is cut off)
• Pencil icon: “Edit profile”
• Trash can: “Delete profile”

Verified as fixed using Firefox 134.0b10 and the latest Nightly 135.0a1 on macOS 15 and Windows 11. The profile cards in the about:profilemanager are now labeled with the labels mentioned in Comment 1.
