Reproduced the initial issue on Nightly 134.0a1 (Build ID: 20241118213357) on Windows 11 - every time the profile is deleted without being launched opens an about:deleteprofile page that is not populated.
Verified as fixed using Firefox 134.0b10 and the latest Nightly 135.0a1 on Windows 11 and macOS 15.
