1927702 - The "Add address"/"Edit address" form cannot be scrolled to the bottom when keyboard is invoked

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure to have the app language set to en-US/en-CA.
2. Go to Settings -> Autofill.
3. Tap on the (+) "Add address" button or tap on a saved address to enter the edit mode.
4. Tap on any input field, then scroll down on the form.
5. Observe if all input fields and bottom buttons are visible when the keyboard in enabled.

Expected behavior

When the keyboard is enabled, the user can scroll down on the form. The text input is visible in the focused fields.

Actual behavior

When the keyboard is enabled, the user cannot scroll down to reach the bottom fields or the "Cancel"/"Save" buttons. The text input is not visible in the focused bottom fields.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 134.0a1, Beta 133.0b1. Not reproducible in Release 132.0
• Android device model/Android OS version: Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 (Android 12), Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14)
