- Add "fullscreen" attribute to all about:welcome screens by default.
- Update left side (in RTL locales, right in LTR) backgrounds to remove gradient like in the original fullscreen experiment
- Update the add-ons picker screen to fullscreen treatment (see Jira ticket for mockup)
- Update the single select picker component's styles to work with the full screen layout (currently the tiles are centered at larger screen sizes, rather than start-aligned with the title and subtitle text)
