In order to indicate that the Review Checker (or other Sidebar tool) has some information to display, we will need the moz-button element to be able to display a badge (like the toolbarbutton does)

  • Badge should be a small circle over the right top corner of the button
  • Badge may need to be able to display a number in the future (but not for the initial Review Checker usecase)
  • The desired UI/UX is to have the badge "pulse" / animated when displayed
