It makes it somewhat difficult to find. I literally have to scroll the page to see the scrollbar to locate its position.
Maybe add a bit more contrast or something.

I don’t think this is a regression from Bug 1904321. I didn’t make any changes to the page colour scheme. The page background colour and the scrollbar colour remain the same.

I tested on a Firefox build from Jan2024, and got the same scrollbars as today. So this is not an issue with Firefox.
