1928509 - Requesting twig repo oak be reset

Please run the hgmo-reset-twig.yml and reset Oak to https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/

We will be using this for work on moving application-services into moz-central.

I've spoken to Kaya and he is finished with his current booking of the repo. I'll update https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=ReleaseEngineering/DisposableProjectRepositories with this booking and bug #.

Our Taskcluster integraiton test detected that this changed the repo from scm_level_1 to scm_level_2. Was that intentional?

That was intentional, the previous owner of Oak requested scm_level_1 but the default for project branches is usually scm_level_2. I reset it to the default since this is a new owner.
