The page at http://www.vtex.lt/sagu/mozilla/pp.html in print preview with
"Print Background" option OFF renders with black background, but prints without
any black background.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto http://www.vtex.lt/sagu/mozilla/pp.html
2.File->Print Preview
3.In "Page Setup" set option  "Print Background(color&images)" to OFF
4.OK

Actual Results:  
When the option is OFF, background is BLACK.

Expected Results:  
Background should be not black.

Everything works fine when the option is ON.
