Details
This is by far the most common jank I see in the Firefox UI. It is quite noticeable when scrolling.
I do have several windows open and quite a few tabs.

Is this a dupe of bug 1849393? That one fingers the serialization of the session data to JSON as the source of jank as it must be done synchronously on the main thread.

Looks like so.
(It may have to happen on the main thread, but we shouldn't need to reserialize everything all the time, only partially and then do some merging in a worker or so.)
