When you typing someting inside Mozilla, Browser or Composer, then you go to some another application out size Mozilla, like notepad, IME will lose inline input at comming back from the application. Steps of reproduce 1. Open Composer 2. Turn on IME to type Japanese characters (You can hit the return to commit) 3. Go to Notepad and type Japanese characters 4. Go back to Composer 5. Try to type Japanese characters Notice that the characters before commit will be displayed in IME windows, not inline input anymore. After you commit the characters, the characters are displayed as garbage. Tested 111612 MAC build under MACOS 8.6Japanese and MACOS 9.0 Japanese.

This is strange. This should be fixed by the Mac Deactive/Active bugs...
I think this is another bug related to Chris Saari's work with focus. This bug should either be marked as a duplicate of one of his bugs or it should have a dependency on one of his bugs.

I think this bug have been fixed for M12 but I forget to mark it.
