Steps to reproduce:
Open your browser.
Add the "Firefox Color" add-on and pick or create a color scheme.
Close the browser (ensure all application processes are stopped).
Reopen the browser and check the set colors.
Actual results:
By default, open colors are not used. Only after opening a link at color.firefox.com and changing any value or selecting the same, and confirming, will colors change.
Expected results:
Change color scheme in the browser, because default schemes (light/dark) do not have enough contrast and saturation.

Thanks for the report. this is tracked under Bug 1928082.
The bug has been fixed and will be shipped in the next Fx132 dot release this week.
