firefox color not keeping the color theme after restart

Steps to reproduce:

Have a firefox color theme selected. Restart firefox.

Actual results:

Firefox color theme is not retained between restarts. When re-applying it in firefox color (from saved themes) it works, but just until the next restart, when it turns back to the (gray) default theme.

Expected results:

Color theme should persist after a restart.
