1928934 - Aggregations, reports and graphs auto-completed fields don't seem to work

Very simple STR here, go to either the "Aggregations", "Graphs" or "Reports" tabs and try typing something in the "Aggregate on...", versions or column fields. There's no autocompletion and no value can be selected, the only thing that appears in the drop-down is "No matches found".

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to Signature report
2. click on "Aggregations" tab
3. click on "Aggregate on..." field

Expected: Drop down with all the Super Search fields

Actual: If I'm logged in (with protected data access), it works fine. If I'm not logged in, I get "No matches found". This is true of other Super Search field drop downs in the Signature report.

TopCrashers and Super Search forms are fine--this is just a problem with the signature report.

My wild guess is that I broke it in this change: https://github.com/mozilla-services/socorro/pull/6764

That went out Friday in: https://github.com/mozilla-services/socorro/releases/tag/v2024.11.01

Grabbing this to look into.

It might not be public vs. protected but rather everyone vs. admin. I didn't test that, but maybe that's what's going on.

This was deployed in v2024.11.04.

I verified that the drop downs for Aggregations, Reports, and Graphs work when not logged in.
