Seen twice today:
The address bar is moved below it's normal position and hovers there. The issue persists across tabs, to fix it the location bar needs to be focused and the user to type a key.

The browser console only contained:

This looks like similar to this bug 1928491, which should have been fixed by bug 1928255 which landed on central yesterday. Sebastian, are you still seeing these issues?
