There is a problem related to the size attribute and its value in displaying
multiple item selection boxes in forms. If a size attribute is not supplied, the
input item is displayed with no frame. The user loses the hints necessary to
tell him/her that this actually is an input item.

There are also other issues if small values are supplied for size.

I have created a page to demonstrate these issues at the URL above

You can use all them with the arrow-Up/Down keys after a click on one item.
Safari don't respect the size, smallest seems to be 'rounded' to 4.
Case 1 is incorrect in Chimera, no frame, ok in Safari.

I have restoted the URL so it works again - there are no guarantees as to how
long the URL will continue to operate. The attached html code is identical to
the code on the server so should work OK.

Only seems to occur if you have the OS option enabled that puts both scroll
arrows at the top and bottom of the scroll bar.

WFM with 2005-02-17. All cases in test have frames even with the setting for
both arrows at both ends of the scroll bar.

WFM indeed, the bug where no scroll arrows is drawn because the frame is to
small is filed already. Maybe do a minimum amount of items shown to evrecome it?
