User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/132.0
Steps to reproduce:
Go to https://developer.vive.com/resources/
Actual results:
The loading bar goes to 99% and nothing else happens.
Expected results:
The page should load, like it does in Chrome.
Sorry for not providing any form of minimal test case but I currently don't have the time to investigate this in detail.

It works fine for me on Nightly.
Does it work if you start Firefox in Troubleshoot mode?
Do you seen any error in the Browser Console?
https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/devtools-user/browser_console/index.html
I just checked:
It does work fine in Nightly for me as well.
It does not work in troubleshoot mode.
I have had it load successfully once in all my retries. (whereas it is 100% consistent in Chrome)
The console has no errors, only warnings. (see attached file)
More specifically, it seems to load when I have the stuck-at-99% tab in the background for a while and then return to it.

Those warnings should not be the cause of the problem. Trying to move to Core::Networking to see if anything shows up on logs.
For me it loads consistently and without issues.

I also can't reproduce this.
@reporter, could you try if this happens with a new profile? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile
Also, could you try capturing a log when the bug happens by going to:
about:logging
, Click Start, Load the page, Click Stop, Then upload the profile, and send us the link? Thanks!

Good news and bad news:
The good news: It just works now.
The bad news: It just works now, meaning I can't test any of these things.
I might be able to get a friend of mine who has had the same issue for a long time to test it though.
