As shown in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1928636#c8, there is an issue with the UpdateServer and a specific configuration (shouldAddExtras = false). It is unclear to me, if that is a real issue or a test issue.

Firefox itself does not seem to use this configuration, and only the non-Firefox test fails. However, by manually enforcing that condition for Firefox, it fails with the exact same symptoms.

I therefore propose to disable the test downloadExtrasNotFirefox.js for the time being, because there is nothing we at Thunderbird could do to fix it.
