Bugzilla shows too many active cursors

Details
using Win 2000.
I was entering bugs using bugzilla form. Every field I touched had an active
(blinking) cursor. I can get eye disease from looking at these. I'm not
mentioning confusion it causes when I try to get back to the form after a break
and try to figure out where I was.
