pick pinned topsite name from domain rather than title

Steps to reproduce:

Currently if we pin a site, it is taking its name from title which is quite look in 99% cases so a user always has to edit it, so rather than picking name from title please pick name from site domain which is smaller and better..some browsers already have it.

Example : https://m.youtube.com --> YouTube
Https://www.amazon.in --> Amazon
