The selection rectangle sticks to the mouse cursor and not to the map, and it's therefore not possible to zoom in this way. I'm seeing it too. Here is the related Javascript file: http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/gbr/js/map/drag2.js It's probably a Tech Evangelism bug, but since there is no JS error in the JS console and I can't find what's wrong in their JS, I prefer to wait for a confirmation.
