Expected Behavior:
The video is playing
Actual Behavior::
The video doesn't play

- Reproduces in ETP Strict mode only
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

This is caused by privacy-center.org being blocked.
privacy-center.org and its forms are on Disconnect's list of trackers we use for ETP strict, so they are blocked.
This is expected behavior, leaving open due to high severity.
