Preconditions:
- ETP set to Strict
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://tvn24.pl/kujawsko-pomorskie/bydgoszcz-dk10-nagle-skrecil-w-lewo-czolowo-zderzyl-sie-z-innym-autem-nagranie-st8175681
- Observe the video placeholder
Expected Behavior:
A play button is present making the video playable
Actual Behavior::
The play button is missing making the video non-playable
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict mode only
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

This is caused by cookielaw.org being blocked.
cookielaw.org and its forms are on Disconnect's list of trackers we use for ETP strict, so they are blocked.
This is expected behavior, leaving open due to high severity.
