1930656 - Replace the Recommendations icon in about:addons with a new version

The Sparkle icon is being tied to "AI" in Firefox, so it is no longer entirely relevant in about:addons. This task is to replace it with a new image, that further links it to the recommendations visuals that we use on AMO.

The Sparkle icon next to Recommendations should be replaced with the Trophy icon linked in this GitHub issue competitiveness-20.svg

When I first create this feature I re-used an icon from another module that I should not have. This patch moves asses to our module
