Preconditions

Enable Menu Redesign feature from Secret Settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Google Accessibility Scanner installed.
2. Tap on 3 dots menu.
3. Scroll down through the menu.
4. Scan the Main menu using the Accessibility Scanner app.

Expected behavior

No suggestions are made.

Actual behavior

A suggestion is made for Support icon: Consider making this clickable item larger.

• Portrait mode: This item's height is 44 dp. Consider making the height of this touch target 48dp or larger.
  Landscape mode: This item's height is 37 dp. Consider making the height of this touch target 48dp or larger.

This bug doesn't need to block enabling the new menu in Nightly, but we should fix it before our Beta experiment (meta bug 1898393).

This can be a release blocker. At 44dp, it still works; it is an S4 levelA11y defect. We can fix this before Release.

I think this is a bug in the Google Accessibility Scanner app because if you don't scroll, the Support icon is okay. If you scroll, the icon appears is not okay, but the size didn't change. And only the support icon; the settings icon is okay, and it has exactly the same layout and size.
