Change snackbar in bookmarks to use new Acorn snackbar

Details
Our bookmarking snackbars are displayed for too short a period of time. In particular the bookmark saved snackbar is only 3 seconds long, leading to people not seeing it and/or unable to take action. Our design specifies 6 seconds. I believe that there is a reason that some can only be 4 seconds or 10 seconds. Given that choice, I'd recommend 10 seconds.
