When open help file, Show/Hide Columns icon is missing. When right-click to view
icon, browser URL goes to chrome://help/locale/mail_help_file/columns.html but
no image appears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Help.
2. Scroll down to section on organizing messages.
3. Look for Show/Hide Columns icon.

Actual Results:  
Show/Hide Columns icon does not appear.

Expected Results:  
Show/Hide Columns icon should appear.

Just upgraded to 1.3b from 1.1. Programs installed on D: drive, Profiles and
message folders on E: drive, except for Local account, which is on removable drive.

I'm not seeing this.

Daniel, do you see this? From the report, it looks like a old bug (since it says
"upgraded to 1.3b from 1.1.")
