(feature enabling should be set to "enhancement".)
The last time we enabled this feature on the release channel was in 131.0 and we had added a release note about it:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/131.0/releasenotes/#:~:text=Support%20for%20Cookies%20Having%20Independent%20Partitioned%20State
I guess we should have this note again or an updated one?
We had to disable the feature in 132 beta 8 because of the severe web compat issues it caused on sites using Google Login (bug 1923663). are we confident now that this will not cause more webcompat issues?
Thanks

We are confident that this will not cause any more webcompat issues- We've been running Nimbus experiments to validate it. Resubmitting the release note, or one slightly altered to reflect that this is the second try at shipping it, would be appropriate.

(In reply to Benjamin VanderSloot [:bvandersloot] from comment #5)

Please make a release note request addition with a suggested wording for our 141 Beta release notes shipping next week, thanks!

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: Re-delivering a web platform feature
[Affects Firefox for Android]: yes
[Suggested wording]: Support for Cookies Having Independent Partitioned State (CHIPS) is now re-enabled, allowing developers to opt a cookie into storage partitioning per top-level site.
