4. Observe the behavior

Expected Behavior:
The checkboxes can be checked.

Actual Behavior:
The checkboxes cannot be checked.

Notes:

• Reproducible on the latest Firefox Release and Nightly
• Reproducible regardless of the ETP setting
• Works as expected using Chrome
