Perfherder has detected a mozperftest performance regression from push 5c7de47bcacbff088127c418a2878d475607b21c. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1927706

Similar to bug 1930747, I think we have to accept this small regression to avoid running with an outdated ICU version.
