Steps to reproduce

  1. Ensure a screen reader is running
  2. On a bookmarked page, open a Menu > Bookmarks > Edit
  3. Navigate to and activate a folder selection
  4. Verify the screen is titled "Select folder"
  5. Navigate to and activate any empty folder
  6. Using a logical navigation gestures (swiping left-to-right with one finger), review the content of an empty folder view with a TalkBack and observe the TalkBack's announcement after the "X" Close button

Expected behavior

TalkBack would focus and announce the next visible content: "No bookmarks here" (a static text)

Actual behavior

TalkBack focuses and announces an empty list that is also not labeled: "List" (then proceeding to offer a user to manually add a label, which is a TB-provided workaround). Users won't know if there is something important is provided in the list that is focused, this would be confusing for screen reader users.
