Attachment: Colorway theme has no address bar contrast

STR:

1. Start with sidebar.verticalTabs = true.
2. Install a Mozilla Colorway monochromatic theme like Expressionist – Soft theme.
3. Unfocus the address bar.

Expected:
Address bar has a different background color to the titlebar when unfocused like with horizontal tabs.

Actual:
Address bar blends into titlebar without contrast.

Mozilla Colorway themes dominate the top theme list so many users are affected.

We probably need to adjust these manifests directly to make them work better.

Yeah, just making them use transparency like bug 1923306 did for the light / dark themes should fix this.
