Steps to reproduce
- Have a Few Tabs opened.
- Add a Tab to a New Tab Group.
Expected result
- The input text cursor should be displayed at the beginning of the Placeholder Text.
Actual result
- The input text cursor is above the placeholder text in the Create Tab group panel.

This might be caused by Bug 1931466, but im not entirely sure.
