The team directory has the following heading above reviewers list:
"The following people are currently authorized to review and approve patches."
This is probably from the time when approval meant nothing special. Now that we
have a separate approval process with a very limited a= giver group, the heading
should be fixed.

Fixed. finally.
This page also got a major overhaul... I've been working for Netscape for 6
months now, and it had never got added to the page. Corrected several peoples'
email addresses which have changed over the last year, and also added some
rudimentary email address obfuscation to all the addresses and mailto links to
combat spam. :)
