The test has been disabled for macOS 14.70 running on x86-64 CPUs in debug configurations in bug 1922355. It had already been skipped on the current macOS x86-64 platform with debug - 10.15 - from which will be migrating away. The situation has not changed. Your call if it is worth to have this test executed for macOS debug builds - right now, browser-chrome tests don't run for macOS debug builds with AArch64 CPUs, so this would be the only coverage for this configuration.

Setting this as a duplicate of bug 1804349 because it's the same issue.
