Following on from adding support in bug 1932923, we want to add a parameter to Google search URLs to help us quantify enterprise traffic.

The updated config is on staging now and ready for QA.

QA has finished testing the new changes on the latest Firefox Nightly 136.0a1. Test results can be viewed here.

From a QA perspective this is ready for PROD push.
As per an earlier discussion, we're also waiting for the ESR uplifts.
