1933361 - Better visibility into Lando/Try queued jobs

When a landing or try job is waiting in the queue, it feels like it is in limbo until it completes.

We could add more visibility into the job status with a job-view summary that could list, e.g.,

• the status of try during the push ie “<TREE> is closed at the moment, your patch will be landed when it re-opens”
• “you are the Nth person in the queue”
  (this could also be repeated in the mach try via Lando output)

The job-view summary could be linked out from the landing page, or the (machine-readable) information consumed by the landing page to enrich the information already present there.
